We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.

All orders from regions outside the local area will be shipped via YUN Express. Our products are handcrafted, which requires a certain production period. Shipping will occur within 72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays), with delivery taking approximately 10 to 15 business days, depending on customs and YUN Express shipping conditions. If you need to receive your order by a specific date, please place your order well in advance.

Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your package’s status. Please note that once the package is delivered to the postal service or marked as delivered, we are no longer responsible for it. If you encounter any issues with your package, please contact YUN Express or your local postal service to resolve the matter and assist in locating your package. If you entered an incorrect address at checkout, you have 24 hours to contact us via the email provided in the confirmation link. Once your package is shipped, it is no longer our responsibility, and we do not accept any refund requests.

We do not accept returns; all items are final sale. Please ensure you have selected the correct style and size before placing your order, and ask any questions you may have beforehand. Once your order is placed, we do not accept exchanges or cancellations. Once the order is placed, the transaction is final. The only exception is if you receive a damaged product. In that case, please send a picture within 24 hours of receiving the product, and we can issue a full refund. After 24 hours, we do not offer refunds.

Orders placed after 8:00 AM (Beijing Standard Time, GMT+8) will be processed the next day. All orders will be dispatched on the next business day.

You are responsible for paying any import duties and taxes that your local customs authorities deem appropriate. The product prices displayed do not include any taxes or duties. We cannot accurately estimate the duties and taxes your order may incur, as these charges are imposed directly by the destination country.
